FAQ

Will it email my clients on its own?

No. Replies and follow-ups are saved as Gmail drafts for your review. The only message a template sends itself is an optional summary to your own address.

What does OpenAI cost?

You connect your own OpenAI key and OpenAI bills you directly, with only light usage. With gpt-4.1-mini it is usually a fraction of a cent per email.

Does it handle portal and website-form leads?

Yes, they are labeled as buyer inquiries. Many arrive from a no-reply address, so those drafts start with [CHECK RECIPIENT ADDRESS]. Fix the To line or reply through the portal.

Does it replace my own review?

No. The prompts lower the chance of a careless phrase, and you stay responsible for every message you send. Read each draft first.

What do I need?

n8n 1.x or 2.x (Cloud or self-hosted), a Gmail or Google Workspace account, and an OpenAI API key. Self-hosted n8n also needs a Google OAuth app; the guide covers the steps. Setup takes about 20 to 30 minutes per template, the same as the general versions.
