Brand sponsorship emails, sorted and drafted for your review.
An n8n template for YouTubers, streamers, podcasters and other creators. Sponsorship Inbox Triage checks each brand email in Gmail for common scam signs, compares the offer with your rate card, and labels it Real Offer, Lowball, Likely Scam or Not a Sponsorship. Real offers and lowballs get a reply draft. It runs on your own n8n and OpenAI key.
Drafts wait for your review · attachments judged by file name only · your own n8n + OpenAI · one-time purchase · 14-day refund

FAQ
Will it reply to brands by itself?
No. Replies are saved as Gmail drafts, and you edit and send each one yourself. The only email the template sends on its own is the optional evening summary to you.
Can it prove a brand is real?
No. It flags warning signs and explains each label. A careful scammer can pass every check and a real brand can trip one, so look at each offer before you act.
Does it open attachments?
No. It reads attachment file names from Gmail and judges them by name. Nothing is downloaded or opened.
Do I need to keep n8n open?
No. Once the workflow is published, n8n runs it by itself. A self-hosted n8n just needs to stay running.
