Terms of Use

These terms cover readyupagents.com and ReadyUpAgents n8n workflow templates (paid and free). By using the site or a template, you agree to these terms. This is a normal small-business policy, not legal advice.

What we sell

ReadyUpAgents sells digital downloads: n8n workflow templates and related setup materials. Purchases and free Lite downloads are fulfilled through Gumroad and itch.io. Payment, tax, and order records for those sales are handled by those stores under their own terms.

License

Paid templates: you get a single-business license. You may use the template for one business or project that you operate. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files as a product, and you may not claim the templates as your own product for sale.

Free Lite templates: you get a free Lite license to use the Lite template under the same single-business idea: use it for your own work, do not resell or redistribute the files as a product.

Refunds

Paid products: full refund within 14 days of purchase, requested through the store where you bought (Gumroad or itch.io), or by emailing readyupagents@gmail.com with your order details. Free Lite templates do not need a refund.

Provided as-is

Templates and site content are provided as-is. We work to keep guides accurate, but software, APIs, and third-party services change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific inbox results, sales outcomes, or that labels and AI drafts will always be correct.

Your accounts and costs

You are responsible for your own n8n setup (self-hosted or cloud), Google/Gmail account, OpenAI (or other AI) account, Discord webhooks if you use them, and any fees those services charge. ReadyUpAgents does not pay those costs for you.

Review before you act

Our templates are built so customer-facing messages stay in drafts for your review. You must review AI drafts, labels, and digests before you send mail, share Steam keys, or take other actions based on them. You remain responsible for what you send and for decisions you make with the output.

No guarantee of results

Automation can mislabel mail, miss a lead, or draft a reply that needs editing. Results depend on your setup, volume, prompts, models, and how you use the tools. Past examples on our site are illustrations, not a promise of the same outcome for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReadyUpAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the site or the templates. Our total liability for a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.

Independence

ReadyUpAgents is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by n8n, Google, OpenAI, Valve, or Steam. Product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or templates to break the law, to harass people, or to violate the terms of n8n, Google, OpenAI, Steam, Discord, or other services you connect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without naming a specific state here. If a court finds a part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or templates after a change means you accept the updated terms.
